I'm Ari, and I'm a Santa Barbara local with deep family roots here.

My connection to this place shapes how I see it and how I share it. I believe the best way to understand Santa Barbara is to walk it, taste it, and sit at its table.

For the past decade, I have worked in travel and hospitality—booking destination travel worldwide, coordinating private wine tours, and creating dining experiences and retreats. What I love most is connecting visitors with the independent restaurants, wineries, and local businesses that give Santa Barbara its character.

Experience Santa Barbara grew from that work. These downtown walks are smaller and more personal than what I typically coordinate. They are a way to share this city with people who want to experience it beyond the surface—good wine, good food, interesting places, and hopefully good conversation.

I'm not a historian or a tour guide in the traditional sense. But I do know Santa Barbara well, I care about supporting the businesses that make it special, and I genuinely enjoy hosting people.
